We have different payment alternatives both national and international; PayuLatam, PayPal, Bancolombia or Davivienda Bank Transfer or in cash through our on-site ShowRooms.

You can visit us in person at our ShowRooms; Bogotá Colombia Carrera 16 # 109 - 35 Office 201 Monday to Friday 1.00 pm to 6.00 pm or at the Bethel bio Luxury Hotel Store (Desierto de la Tatacoa).

Depending on your location and type of shipment your products may have additional charges for taxes, shipping and duty costs according to the customs regulations of your country or city, these additional costs are detailed before making the payment of your garment in www.latucha.com.

Shipping, Returns and Warranty

Once you make a purchase, shipments are made nationally and internationally through our logistics operator DHL (The shipping cost must be paid at the time of purchase and the destination address can not be changed after the process).

Yes, we ship to the following countries; United States, Mexico, Spain. Venezuela and United Arab Emirates. International shipments have a different cost and arrival times may vary depending on the country. On the other hand, all international purchases have an additional surcharge.

The warranty of the garments is only for one month for seams (We do not respond for garments that had bad washing process or misuse), we do not make changes of swimsuits as it is considered an intimate garment, for more information see our refund policy.
