Shipping

All shipments are made from the city of Bogota to major cities take between 2 and 3 business days to arrive, to secondary cities may take between 4 and 6 business days to arrive. The carriers we work with are DHL and Envia. Shipping is charged with the purchase (We do not handle cash on delivery).

Delivery in Bogota is made within 2 to 24 hours.

Refund Policy and Warranty:

You can return your purchase made in our online store, within 15 days from the date of receipt of the package, for refund you must contact our WhatsApp lines and within 8 working days from the date of receipt of the package.

Warranty and Exchange Policy: 

Size or garment changes can be made only in the Showroom (Bogota - Colombia) or through Customer Service by WhatsApp within 15 days from the date of receipt of the package. We do not exchange outfits, we do not exchange garments for another collection, we do not refund money in case of withdrawal of the purchase, we do not accept returns of collection garments.

For exchanges and returns the customer assumes the shipping costs.

We do not accept exchanges or refunds in the following cases: 

If the garments have been damaged by misuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, high heat, sharp objects, etc.).
If the garment shows any signs of use, bad odor, perspiration, make-up, etc.

Bad washing or washing other than that required by the garment. For example, mixing a white garment with a colored garment or soaking a garment that has undergone a dyeing process, etc.

The useful life of any TRUE product depends on how you use it. Products damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable life of the product will not be replaced.

Garment Availability

Normally our website is updated with the availability of all references and sizes; however, there may be errors in the inventory and the garment you purchased is no longer available. In this case we will notify you via email, whatsapp or phone call and give you the option to choose another product or receive a refund of your money.

Payment Verification

Payments made by credit card must be previously verified. Eventually the buyer will be asked to send us a photo of the card holder's ID card to make such verification and thus avoid fraud, identity theft and future problems with the bank.
